Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz (KEUK) was established in 1966.

The university implements 21 programmes of higher education and 16 programmes post-graduate education.

The university maintains stable connections with more than 100 universities of 23 countries around the world.

The University is a part of the number of international associations: International Association of Universities, Magna Charta Universitatum, the Association of educational institutions Educational Network, the Council of the cooperative universities of the CIS countries, the Association of the law universities, the Eurasian Association of Economic Universities, the European University Association.
